What is the difference between Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management?
Dynamics 365 Finance covers financial management — general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting. Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management covers operations — production, warehouse management, procurement, and demand planning. They are separate licences that are often deployed together for manufacturing and distribution organisations.
We are still on AX 2012 — how urgent is the upgrade?
